Truck Proud is South Carolina Trucking Association’s image and outreach program focused on improving public opinion and increasing awareness of job possibilities in the trucking industry.

Our mission:

To enhance the image of the trucking industry and educate the public on the value and variety of careers in the trucking and logistics sector.

Our vision:

To activate SCTA members to become “Truck Proud Ambassadors”: professional truck drivers and diesel technicians who will assist their local communities through positive social media presence. Ambassadors will also participate in career days, serve as a guest speakers, teach classes, or demonstrate hands-on activities, and participate in community outreach events.
